Spray Cooking Oil Versus Oil

on August 6 will be celebrated the twentieth anniversary of the World Wide Web
.
here:
Reconstructing the history of writing online is not easy. Inclusiveness, theorized by the same creator of the Web Tim Berners-Lee, has critical need for new devices to navigate in this 'city of bits' (definition of William J. Mitchell).
"The Network is the urban site that we faced, an invitation to design and build the city of bits (the capital of the XXI century), just as, long ago, a narrow peninsula Meander beside the site became the foundation of Miletus. But this new type of development turn over like a glove the classical categories, and will rebuild the speech which the architects were bound classical era to today, "
Reread after fifteen years 'City of Bits' means changing the way the content of the book from a docu-fiction essay. Mitchell's optimism contrasts with the modernity that we face today. evolution that Italy has undergone a few, I would say very few Italians have an impact on city di questa città.

Salvatore D'Agostino
Let me start by that phrase comes from teaching
card 'was once a paper'
his course of urban architectural composition published on his blog: "He was the first (ed Francesco Tentori), already seventy years old, to use the website IUAV surprisingly new ways for those years, collecting and reviewing journal articles and papers that flowed through proceedings anything but copy and paste ( the difficulty of importing the text) in a container that is only now we call blogs. "

Vinicio Bonometto

I remember I was doing interviews with students and I confirmed this. Currently there are active links on the blog of Francesco Tentori?

I just opened the site where they should be IUAV those pages, I did not find it, I'm afraid it all went lost.

has kept some copy?
not remember to have something on the blog but on an involuntary Tentori I store many of his writings, as Checco gave me - he knew that I liked - one of his old Apple, the famous "video." When I told him that it was full of his writings, he told me not to worry, that I could do what I wanted (Francis was so), I file them carefully, with your computer, in Venice, from my parents in a number of floppy disks.

Vinicius, she raises three questions relevant to the contemporary historian:
THE LIFE OF A LINK
The life of the contents of a Web page is uncertain .
As in his case, the operator of the server of the University of Venice, has seen fit to delete all the contents published by a professor, more attivo o non più in vita.
Our memory is powerfully stimulated. Perhaps more than ever. Umbeto Eco course. If you are not able, after the arrival of the first computer in 1983, continuing to recycle your computer memory from a floppy disk to a disk from the smaller format, then to another disk and now to a key, you lose your data a thousand times, in part or in full. However, of course, no computer can now read the first disks belonging to pre-history of computing. I tried desperately to retrieve a first version of Foucault's Pendulum I
The writer John Updike gave before he died fifty floppy disk to the Houghton Library at Harvard.
Harry Ransom Center The University of Texas, Austin, a few months ago, announced that it has acquired the digital archive of David Foster Wallace, who committed suicide in 2008.
Salman Rushdie in a recent exhibition of his literary works he has exhibited his four Mac, including the one destroyed by a glass of Coca-Cola.

begins a new phase of decoding and storage of sources for historians, namely, that of the media ' evanescent ' digital. also not be overlooked aspect of the 'secret password' and then the author can access the archive of letters and documents stored in Cloud Computing. believe that you can find, she kept on discs, at least one page of the blog of Francesco Tentori involuntary?
No, in the small Apple computer there is nothing, because Tentori used it at home before the blog IUAV. I remember that they had purchased, on the advice, instead of "video", a PC and he was terrible (to return to the words of Jean-Claude Carrière).
In the more I think that you should never take for granted the efficiency of the Web, computers and mobile phones, including SMS. Your first contact by email for example, after you had read my website, I was received completely blank, without words, so that I was canceling.
Only by doing the "replay" of your email I received the text of the interview request.
another example, memory: non-use of blogs for students has led to the cancellation of the authors, which is no longer trace of either the name or their email addresses, luckily I keep the e-mail those months and I should be able to track them all. Not long ago a student was looking for more information on the architect of Turin Sacripanti after seeing the blog, mostly, but it was not only the name and the surname of the author.
I managed to do it through thanks to the recovery of the mailbox. About the non-use of blogs by her students. When she gave birth to 'Once it was a paper'?
beginning of the course the 'Architectural and Urban Design laboratory module 5 1 channel A ', Faculty of Engineering, Degree in Architecture, Udine. academic year 2007/08. I was the administrator of the website / blog "was once the dissertation, students communicated with me via email or in the classroom, but always preferred the email, the choice of the author or subject (if sometimes choices of the student were not "apt" addressed the same to other shores), then the same students sent me the link of their blog (I was told that served as a reservoir of things and then to finalize the operational matrix content such as wikis, flickr etc. ..) Once you've done the blog, with each update I did send an email, I check and rewrite.
The students were about thirty, if they had been would have been much more complicated, already thirty the number of emails were very high. When he began work on the wiki, flickr, youtube, google earth check their links and they also tried to give him some suggestions. We often forgot to include their names or links to their blog or that of their peers with similar themes. And of course I added the link on their website in a more orderly as possible. It was a work in "progress", but above all I have learned I learned a lot from the students who made it operative with their research. The choice of content was a theme or an author (the advice was that it was not too famous), students have even chosen mainly from Friuli Italian architects, like them anyway.

Tell us about 'work in progress' on your course?

entries on "Wikipedia" have been developed during the course, with sometimes comical results (for example, the Wiki community complained that the text you just wrote because it was identical or similar part in that of the blog, not realizing that it was the same person who had written).
However we went to trial and error, I do not remember placement of successful the first time around, there was always something wrong. For example, some architect was regarded by the community, "Wikipedia" too marginal to have a voice, but they were wrong, it was enough to motivate with examples and illustrations of works by these architects "unknown" to make it universal. Not all students have addressed the Commons, they could choose other means, so someone has chosen to YouTube, Flickr, etc.. Only the Blog was mandatory and a prerequisite, then just developing research theme or author's only two web resources. Some students had already Flickr user and has good photographic eye, so it became natural to continue with your profile. I then Flickr I knew little, I had not one of my profile, but it's a very well built now use every day to enter my "disegnetti" . The YouTube video was a nice surprise, and Torviscosa Marcello D'Olivo at all, really liked it and the author of the monograph Electa,

Guido Zucconi, who found him on the network, contact the authors, and I remember they did something together. I showed in the courtroom as long as (in their calls for a short two to three minutes) the video of the Italian Pavilion of the 2006 Franco Pure Italian architecture. For Google Earth you could work on two options or both, a Photo (panoramio) or 3D models (model) created with SketchUp, a great modeling program, among other things free. A student wanted to make a website (full and empty areas), a good idea only when he stopped to pay the web master lost everything, and here we return to the problems of memory of Umberto Eco and Jean-Claude Carrière.
He found a network of experiences similar to yours?
At the end of the course found sites / portals philosophically similar to mine, although thematically far besides the extremely wide spread, is a
memoro
", in rete ho fatto qualcos'altro ma è più personal and collective, even if the educational component is always the matrix.
shapeless This library is the Web needs an approach - and above all use - consciously.

For this reason, his teaching experience is very interesting. For example, the Wikipedia entry dedicated to
Maurizio Sacripanti
, who helped create with his students, the counselors at all to begin to understand the ideas of the Roman architect.

Thank you for this interview and his work a little 'pirate and if we can be attentive college professor.
